I am attaching all my files here with MEGA. If you are downloading the files on your phone, make sure you have the MEGA app installed from HERE
STEP 1
-Download all 4 files available HERE.-Enter custom recovery and flash those 4 files in the following order
1) ARISE+Sound+Systems+Deuteronomy+2.3.3.zip
2) cwm-sdcard.Fix.Permissions.zip
3) Dolby+Atmos+Add-On+for+Deuteronomy.zip
4) Esira Installer.zip
-Reboot phone.
STEP 2
-Download THIS zip file.-Extract it.
-Copy the Viper4Android folder inside it into internal memory, overwriting existing file.
STEP 3
-Plug in your headphones and open Esira music player (OR any music player of your choice)-Play music.
-Open Viper4Arise app and give it storage permission when it asks. If it does not ask for storage permission, go to app info and manually give it storage permission.
-Open left panel and click "Load effect profile"
-TAKE YOUR TIME AND TEST ALL THE EFFECT PROFILES IN THAT LIST
-When you decided your favourite audio profile, feel free to customize it even more with the other settings in viper4arise app.
-Open Dolby Atmos app and turn it for further audio enhancement.
